How long until my order ships?

Orders typically take 3-5 days to process and ship due to the custom nature of our business. During exceptionally busy periods this may be up to 7-10 days, but we try to get items shipped as soon as possible.

How much do you charge for shipping?

We charge a flat rate of $5.00 domestically and $20.00 US internationally which is adjusted to international currencies at checkout.

Will there be any import charges?

International orders may incur customs or import charges, however the amount varies from country to country, so it is best to understand what charges could potentially be applied to shipments from the United States. We are not responsible for any local customs, duties, or taxes applied to your order and any fees imposed during or after shipping on orders are the responsibility of the customer.

How long does shipping take?

Within the United States orders are typically shipped using USPS Ground Advantage, which typically takes 3-7 days to arrive once given to USPS. International orders generally take longer and at the moment may be more delayed than usual, but you can still generally expect your items to arrive within 20 days.

My order has arrived but there's a problem with it?

Can I add additional items to my order?

If your order is still marked as processing, you can place a second order and get in contact with us here or through the store's email minifigmilitia1@gmail.com to arrange combined shipping, and we will refund additional shipping cost.

What is your refund policy?

Refunds may be issued on a case by case basis while orders are marked as processing, but once orders have shipped it is too late to cancel. Once shipped, all sales are final, however replacements may be sent out on a case by case basis.
